Positive: L'appartamento era molto spazioso e moderno, dotato di comfort utili come aria condizionata in ogni camera, balconi e un'ampia cucina. Comoda la posizione a pochi minuti di auto da San Giuliano.
Negative: Da rivedere la serratura di un balcone che non si chiudeva.
