Negative: The apartment is on a hill. There could be noise from the apartment above.

Positive: A tengerpart elérhetősége. Könnyen át lehetett jutni Valettába. Boltok éjjel-nappali a közelben volt ( 2 perc séta).
Negative: Építkezés volt felettünk és egy korábbi beázásnak köszönhetően penészes volt a háló szoba fala.
