Central and modern Valletta flat

Gem of Valletta Positive: Communication with owner 10/10. The apartment was lovely in close reach to main area, 7 min walk to cathedral. Apartment was spacious abs comfortable, owner facilitated for us to check in an hour early and allowed us to drop off luggage as our flight reached early we dropped it at 11.30am. Bathroom very big, water nice and hot was able to adjust accordingly. Negative: No safety deposit box available

Location and apartment were great but unfortunately they were not willing to help us or did not really pay attention on Positive: It was very central and we could go there very often throughout our day. It was also very big and comfortable, with a very big bathroom as well! Negative: It could get very noisy throughout the day. You could hear every sound from the building or the neighborhood. Also we had a thick blanket on the beds which was not needed and every morning we could feel super hot. When we asked for bedsheet, they replied 2 days later recommending to use the blanket cover as a bedsheet and put it back on if we feel cold. Also we only had 2 toilet rolls for 3 people for 4 days. When we asked for more we got no reply. Last but not least, the telephone in the shower was loose and while we reported it the first day we did not get any answer neither.

Die Lage das Apartments war super, es war sauber, aber der Service und die Austattung sind naja Positive: Die Lage der Wohnung war echt spitze, und die Größe des Apartments sowie das Badezimmer waren genau meinen Vorstellungen entsprechend. Negative: Die Betten waren viel zu kurz, ich nehme an das waren 190cm oder sogar kürzere Betten und das ist in meinen Augen ein NoGo. Ebenfalls etwas störend war die eine dicke Winterdecke die man sich zuzweit teilen musste. Sehr schade war dass nur 2 Rollen Klopapier zur Verfügung gestellt werden, für 4 Tage und 3 Männer ist das zu wenig, da kostet doch kaum etwas wenn man da 5 hinstellt. Wie kommen wir dazu eine komplette Packung für mehrere Euro zu kaufen wo davon nur maximal ein Viertel davon benutzt wird.

Modernes Apartment mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Positive: Gute Lage, modernes Appartement inmitten der Altstadt, Restaurants und Läden gleich um die Ecke. Öffentlichen Parkplatz findet man auch gleich in der Nähe: Richtung St.. Elmo unterhalb von der Pizzeria, außerhalb der Stadtmauer. Man erreicht die Zufahrtsstraße, die eine Einbahnstraße ist, wenn man die Straße bei den Ferris Richtung Sliema nimmt, vorher unbedingt auf der Karte anschauen. Negative: Das Doppelbett ist nur 140 breit. Das Schlafzimmer geht in einen Innenhof hinaus, wo es nicht unbedingt immer sehr ruhig ist. Aber man kann ja das Fenster schließen und die Aircon anmachen. Die Küche war sehr spärlich eingerichtet, drei intakte Weingläser, jeweils sechs Teller, kaum Besteck, keine Schüssel, keine Kanne. Wir waren 10 Tage dort, und da hätte ich mir schon einen Wäschewechsel und einen Zwischenreinigung gewünscht. Bei diesem Preis!

Positive: Ottima posizione vicino al centro della cittadina. Appartamento confortevole, non rumoroso e dotato del necessario anche per un lungo soggiorno. Letto, divano letto e cuscini abbastanza comodi. Staff disponibile a soddisfare le necessità con solerzia. Apprezzabile il sistema di check-in e check-out. Negative: La finestra del bagno rotta, che lasciava entrare aria fredda. La mancanza di un detergente per la pulizia del bagno.
