The Papillon Penthouse

After some renovation and dishwasher in the kitchen a good, calm spot for trips. Positive: Balcony in south so a lot of sun, nice kitchen Negative: High humidity in bedroom, dehumidifier was running all the time. Lack of dishwasher in the kitchen. Slow pressure, flow of the water in bathroom. Mold in bathroom. View from balcony at concrete construction and other buildings.

Sunny apartment with a huge terrace Positive: We stayed there with my husband and our infant child. Everything was clean. We really enjoyed the huge terrace (views are not great but it's nice to relax). Quick response from the owners, when we had a problem they arrived quickly on Sunday to fix it. Many pans and pots, a good quality microwave oven, oven, toaster etc. There is a high chair for a child. 2 bus stops nearby so it's easy to get around. Comfy sofa, nice bathroom. It was quite hot for November, but the bedroom kept really nice temperature so AC wasn't needed. Negative: There was a strange situation after booking. When booking, there was information that there is a free cot for a child and then I was directed to the accommodation check in form where the price for the cot was 35€. Any communication with the accommodation was pointless - that was the price. Only when Booking stepped in, it turned out that they changed the price a few days after my booking so I wasn't supposed to pay for the cot. After all we got it for free, but only thanks to Booking. Also, if you want to charge 35€ for a cot, you should provide a proper bedding for a child (there was an adult size blanket, bed linen and a pillow, no mattress - although this kind of cot can be used without one, it is not comfortable for a longer stay). One thing that seemed funny to me - 2 rolls of toilet paper per stay (this is written also in an email you receive after reservation) - no matter how long the stay. The plates were for sure expensive, but they were so huge and heavy that it wasn't comfortable to use them. There were no small plates, 4 pieces of each silverware or a plate... Overall it was a pleasant stay and people without babies don't need to worry about the issue we had with a cot.
