It has a great location and design, but the cleanliness and space are terrifying for 4 people. Positive: It has a nice location and is close to the city center, and like Vintich, we also really liked the idea of ​​the apartment. Negative: Hello! We were not at all impressed with the apartment. It is much narrower than expected and very unmaintained. It is very dirty and there are both living and dead uncleaned cockroaches. It is obvious that the apartment is only superficially walked through and almost nothing is cleaned and the humidity in the kitchen underground is unbearable. The towels they gave us for the bathroom were dirty and the bathroom is even more unmaintained and so narrow that you can't stand up straight.

Disgusting apartment and infested with cockroaches Positive: The house style is amazing Negative: The apartment has a serious cockroach infestation they are everywhere and the hygiene is very low and there's also a serious humidity problem when i reported it it took them 5 days to answer and about the cockroaches they offered to come to spray them with bug spray that's under the sink instead of finding the solution before they put it for rent the ventilators wer rusty and full of dust the whole accomodation was a nightmare i strongly do not advise anyone to rent this appartement only if you don't mind living with giant bugs and humidity and fungus.

The owner responds quickly when you have a question. Negative: Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was very disappointing. The property was not particularly clean and during our stay, the electricity went out. While we understand this is not the owner's fault, it meant we had to shower in the dark, which was far from ideal. Guests should also be aware that the front door is quite difficult to unlock. The key has a tendency to pop out of the lock while you're trying to open it, which happened to us several times. It would be very easy for someone to drop or lose the key because of this. We also became stuck at one point because we couldn't open the door from the inside. The owner replied quickly to our messages but did not seem to understand what we were actually explaining, so we eventually had to call him, which meant incurring international call charges. Even then, the phone number did not connect the first few times, adding to an already stressful situation. The issue turned out to be that you have to pull a small black knob to the side before opening the door. This may be obvious to people familiar with this type of lock, but it wasn't to us, and there was no clear sign or instruction explaining it. A simple notice by the door could easily prevent other guests from finding themselves in the same situation. The biggest issue, however, was the owner's attitude. When we finally spoke to him, instead of helping us respectfully, we were told to "use our brains." This was rude, unprofessional, and made us feel very uncomfortable. Afterwards, we also received a patronising message reminding us to remember for next time, which I felt was unnecessary and rude. The emergency exit bolt also did not work, which is a serious safety issue. Overall, the owner's response left a lasting negative impression and unfortunately ruined the remainder of our trip, when it could have been avoided by better and less patronising communication.

Negative: Purtroppo devo dire che in alcuni punti della casa la pulizia non era il massimo e abbiamo trovato un po di umidità ..

Csótányos! Negative: Csótány invázió volt a lakásban. Elfogadhatatlan. A lakásban hagyott csótányírtó nem megoldás, ami el is fogyott, újat nem kaptunk, pedig kértünk, fotókat is küldtünk az irodának. Szakszerű rovarírtás lenne a megoldás. Ezt semmilyen indokkal nem lehet megmagyarázni. Nyugodt pihenés kizárt. Nem ajánlom!
