Positive: bardzo przestronne mieszkanie, blisko do przystanków autobusowych, pełne wyposażenie mieszkania - świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem. dużą zaletą jest także pełna prywatność, nie zaglądanie sobie do okien z sąsiadami.
