Positive: molto pulita ed accogliente Negative: nulla

Positive: A big advantage was the air conditioning in every room (except the toilet). The host was responsive and quick to reply and in general quite nice. Negative: Check-in wasn from 4:00 PM due to the property being cleaned, but when we arrived it didn't look like it had been cleaned thoroughly. There were also many rules with financial penalties for various things you weren't allowed to do, which felt excessive. Before our arrival, there was confusion about the €200 security deposit. Nothing appeared for us to pay, but the host insisted there was a deposit required. It seemed like they might have been new to the process and unsure how it worked. When we arrived, one of the beds was broken. The host asked us to send photos and said they would see what could be done, but since we were only staying for two nights, we didn't want to spend our time dealing with maintenance issues so we accepted as it was. The property tries to present itself as a premium accommodation, but unfortunately, it doesn't quite meet that standard imo. That said, the apartment itself has good potential. With a few improvements and better attention to detail, it could easily deserve a much higher rating.

Soggiorno piacevole la casa è molto accogliente e si stava benissimo Positive: Stanze accoglienti e ben curate appartamento luminoso e ben pulito , dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici. Il check-in è stato facile . Negative: La posizione non è molto in centro , vicino c’è poco a meno che non cammini per almeno 15 minuti … Sarebbe stata gradita una bottiglia d acqua al nostro arrivo .

Funkcjonalny i przestronny apartament Positive: Przestronnie, wygodne łóżka, funkcjonalna kuchnia, dwa nieduże balkoniki. Dobry kontakt z obsługą. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Apartament wyposażony w brytyjskie przejściówki co ułatwiało korzystanie z różnych sprzętów. Czysto, na wyposażeniu zmywarka, pralka, odkurzacz, szczotka, ekspres ciśnieniowy do kawy (mielonej). Przenośny grzejnik olejowy, co pozwalało zniwelować wszechobecną wilgoć. Dojazd do obiektu prosty komunikacją miejską, jak również promem z Valetty, co było przydatne w godzinach szczytu (korki). Bardzo czytelna instrukcja segregacji i harmonogram odbioru śmieci. Dziękujemy Negative: Przydałaby się choć butelka wody dla przyjezdnych. Nie kosztuje dużo, a loty są o różnej porze. Zbyt mało talerzy i talerzyków, to wymuszało częste nastawianie zmywarki, co z kolei jest nieekologiczne.

Positive: Spacious flat with plenty of equipment, good location. Throrough information sent beforehand. Negative: Superficial cleaning - the air conditioner looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for a while so we did not use it to avoid infections, and there was at least a year old layer of dust underneath the sofa. The floor was very cold so we had to buy slippers to feel comfortable. Some furniture was run down eg dining chairs. Although they knew we were arriving with a baby, there was no bedlinen provided for her.
