Positive: Wielkość, położenie, wyposażenie, WiFi,
Negative: Utrzymanie czystości. Mało kanałów telewizyjnych, głośni sąsiedzi nad apartamentem. Za późne meldowanie i zbyt wczesne wymeldowanie.
