A visually modern apartment that unfortunately does not match its description — misleading room setup, poor sleep condit
Positive: The apartment has a modern and relatively well-equipped kitchen and living area. The main appliances such as dishwasher, oven, fridge, and washing machine are in good condition and functional. The TV setup with Disney+ was a nice addition for children. We also appreciated that a staff member eventually came late at night and provided urgent assistance so we could at least sleep that night.
Negative: The biggest issue is that the listing is misleading. The apartment is advertised as a two-bedroom, 4-star property, but in reality there is only one proper bedroom. The second “bedroom” is not a real room, but a small partitioned space made of drywall with a sliding door and a single extendable bed presented as a double. This is not suitable for two older children and does not match the description or expectations.
The main bedroom is also problematic for rest, as it faces a busy street. Due to poor window insulation, traffic noise starts early in the morning and makes proper sleep very difficult. Since sleep quality is essential on holiday, this had a major negative impact on our stay.
In addition, the second sleeping area was not prepared upon arrival, which caused unnecessary stress late at night. Communication with the managing agency was slow and not reliable, with no proper real-time support via messaging apps. We also found the overall handling of issues unprofessional — including being contacted early the next morning to fix things that should have already been ready the previous evening.
Some amenities also feel below expectations for a property presented as 4-star, such as the “coffee machine” (which is just a basic hot water solution), and worn-out iron and a very noisy hairdryer.
